Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, physically damaged at the time of delivery, or incorrect as per the order.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Photo proof at the time of delivery is mandatory to process any return or replacement.
Items damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or after successful delivery are not eligible for return.
Replacement vs Refund Policy
Replacement will be provided for eligible items, subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
The final decision on replacement or refund will be at the company’s discretion after verification.
